What is the difference between Ultra high profile and the High profile Xtra gel implants?

What is the difference in between a 480cc Ultra high profile (350-5480 BC) and the High profile Xtra gel (SHPX-415) implants? They both give 5.8cm projection with a similar diameter. Why choose one over the other? What are their advantages?

The silicone is better in the XTRA. Ultras have older silicone cohesivenes and is too soft for lots of patients. The XTRA breast implants have a perkier feel and create better breast shape. Good evening!
There isn't a whole lot of difference actually, but if you hold both in your hand you can see that the XHPs have a higher fill and therefore remain a little more rounded. The main difference between the two is the 65cc size difference, so I would suggest choosing the size first and then choose the correct profile!
