Is 445cc too large for me if I still want a natural look and want to avoid a too-low/flat result? (Photos)

I am afraid of getting a too-low projection result/flat breast or on the other hand a too-large implant? I am 42 years old and have 3 kids. I have a wide breast (13cm) and wish for more volume on the upper part. Mentor CPG (331) anatomic (380cc), has been recommended. I am nervous for getting a high and wide but “flat” breast with the (4.1cm in projection) due to the “low” projection. Am I right or not? I can go one size up, to the next projection level (445cc/5.5cm in projection). Is 445cc too large for me? I still want a naturally look and have the possibility to hide the breast in a normal business suit/shirt. 5'5 ft, 127 lb.
