May I qualify for a mini tummy tuck (148lb, 5'10)? (Photos)

I am 29 year old mother of two, had, two c-sections, and am finished having children. I have a stubborn c-section pouch that no amount of diet and exercise will get rid of. I'm back to my pre baby weight of 148 at 5'10. I am looking into the drainless tummy tuck in the mini tummy tuck, but I don't know if I qualify or not. What are your professional opinions? Thank you!

I am curious why did your gynecologist "suggested while having the procedure he could remove my fatting hanging skin"?  Did you complain of the excess skin?  Benign ovarian cyst excision at times can be performed simultaneously with cosmetic plastic surgery like tummy tucks.
