I had Lipo and smart Lipo in August 2018 on stomach, hips, back and was 134lbs. I didn't feel like it worked and went back in April 2019, I'm 17 weeks (4mo) post mini tummy tuck with muscle repair and Lipo touch-up. I didn't lose any weight and seem to be gaining weight no matter what I do, 147lbs now! My lower abdomen feels tight, but there is a ton of fat everywhere! It doesn't feel like loose skin! It folds over my scar! Shouldn't that be tight?! it in no way looks like I paid $9k for this!

Answer: I'm still fat after lipo, mini tuck w/muscle repair, have I been botched? (Photos) Thank you for sharing your excellent question and photographs and I am sorry that your results have not been what you anticipated. I agree that you have been left with excess skin and would likely have been a better full tummy tuck patient as your skin and muscle laxity was present below and above your belly button. Once fully healed in 6+ months, revisit your results with an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon to see what revision procedures may offer you improved results that better match your expectations.

Answer: Abdomenoplasty first of all, you need to get your weight under control. secondly, some more history is needed. have you had children? a mini abdomenoplasty removes very little skin. it looks like skin is your issue though your pictures are misleading because you are sitting. i hate the term botched but it looks to me that you had extra skin all along and the only way to remove that is with resection.my guess is that you were trying to get as much done with as little scarring as possible and a bigger scar is necessary.
