I'm still fat after lipo, mini tuck w/muscle repair, have I been botched? (Photos)

It is hard to give an opinion without seeing your pre-op pictures, you may have been a better candidate for a full tummy tuck. You should try to get down to your pre surgical weight. Wait until you have completely healed from your last surgery which can be 6 months to a year, and then consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn what options are available to you. Thank you for sharing your excellent question and photographs and I am sorry that your results have not been what you anticipated.  I agree that you have been left with excess skin and would likely have been a better full tummy tuck patient as your skin and muscle laxity was present below and above your belly button.  Once fully healed in 6+ months, revisit your results with an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon to see what revision procedures may offer you improved results that better match your expectations. 

first of all, you need to get your weight under control. secondly, some more history is needed. have you had children? a mini abdomenoplasty removes very little skin.  it looks like skin is your issue though your pictures are misleading because you are sitting. i hate the term botched but it looks to me that you had extra skin all along and the only way to remove that is with resection.my guess is that you were trying to get as much done with as little scarring as possible and a bigger scar is necessary.

Hello and thank you for the question. A mini tummy tuck only removes a
limited amount of skin below  the belly button and only a small percentage
of women are true candidates for a mini. It would be hard to give you a
definitive advice without seeing standard pictures (both before and
after) or an in-person examination, but it sounds like you would 
have been a better candidate for a fully abdominoplasty as opposed to a mini. i would wait at least
3 months or so before considering any revision. A revision could involve a

I’m sorry to hear your surgery experience and results are not what you are expected.
With 17 weeks after a Mini Tummy Tuck your results need to be others. Based on your body type I will not suggest a Mini Tuck, this type of Tummy Tuck corrects lose skin in the lower abdomen only, and the muscle are not affected.
A physical examination is required but it looks the Liposuction was not performed according your fat and the Mini Tuck was not the best option.
If you decide to have a surgery revision make sure your Surgeon is quality and can  perform your surgery and help you to get the results what are you looking for.

From your photos it appears you should have had a standard tummy tuck versus a mini. There is still muscle separation above your belly button. Regardless of the procedure you had, none will cause you to gain weight. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon and consider a standard tummy tuck to address loose skin as well as the muscle separation.

You will need to get back down to your pre surgical weight before your surgeon can realistically judge your results. Also, you did not show your before photos, but I suspect you needed a full tummy tuck to address the skin issue.

as you have had, its imperative on the surgeon to educate their patients on what can be expected in terms of outcomes.  Your weight gain is not helping this at all and kinda allows the surgeon to delay any judgment until your weight is back to 134 lbs.  In order to see your concerns, your weight would need to be within 5 lbs of your starting weight so work at that if you can.  You do have residual collections of fat and this could be aggravated by your weight gains.  Perhaps you can  have the fuller parts suctioned while they are clearly visible to remove the residual banks of fat waiting to take on calories.  As for the skin, I only judge contour when standing straight up because everyone will have folds when bent at the waist as you are.  You can level this playing field by losing some weight.
