If I have Lipo 360, will it ruin my tummy tuck?

The reason for upper abdominal fullness after tummy tuck operation can be dependent to two possible reasons. First is the subcutaneous fat was not suctioned enough (sometimes this can be done to protect the abdominal skin circulation in certain patients) and the second is there is internal fatting. (Fat tissue surrounding our internal organs is pushing our abdominal wall outwards. This fat can not be taken by liposuction but may be improved by rectus muscle repair.) Sometimes both these factors coexist.
So, if the fullness is due to fat, then a liposuction surgery will enhance the results. On the other hand f the fullness is due to abdominal wall laxity, or rectus widening, then liposuction probably will not help.
So physical examination and palpation is the gold standard to understand this. Photographs taken from different angles would alse be of help. Please send your pictures to let us understand which situation you fit more.
