I had a tummy tuck March 2019 and now I'm considering having lipo 360.. my upper tummy tuck is not completely flat.. iMy question is if I have Lipo 360 will it ruin my tummy tuck.. or what work has been done for my tummy.. Or what other options do I have? What are pros and cons

Getting the micro liposuction under local will make most abdomens and sides look great and are so easy to undergo with only 2 days downtime. They shouldn't affect the tummy tuck results at all and probably will improve them.

Liposuction of the abdomen after at tummy tuck may result in hanging skin and may require a revision of the tummy tuck.  I would need photographs to give you a more accurate answer.

The reason for upper abdominal fullness after tummy tuck operation can be dependent to two possible reasons. First is the subcutaneous fat was not suctioned enough (sometimes this can be done to protect the abdominal skin circulation in certain patients) and the second is there is internal fatting. (Fat tissue surrounding our internal organs is pushing our abdominal wall outwards. This fat can not be taken by liposuction but may be improved by rectus muscle repair.) Sometimes both these factors coexist.
So, if the fullness is due to fat, then a liposuction surgery will enhance the results. On the other hand f the fullness is due to abdominal wall laxity, or rectus widening, then liposuction probably will not help.
So physical examination and palpation is the gold standard to understand this. Photographs taken from different angles would alse be of help. Please send your pictures to let us understand which situation you fit more.

Before prescribing an operation you need to have a diagnosis.

In Aesthetic medicine I called that an assessment.

Without pictures we can’t even begin to make an assessment so nobody is going to give you useful information based on your current post.

Repost with appropriate before and after pictures of your tummy tuck. If you don’t have them then ask the surgeon who did that procedure to forward the ones they took. We should see pictures from the front side and back ideally.

The pictures should include your torso from your shoulders to your knees wearing undergarments.

If your upper abdomen doesn’t look good after a tummy tuck then there could be a few things that need to be taken into consideration.

Either the tummy tuck was done in sufficiently or conceivably you have excess visceral fat that’s pushing out the upper abdomen.

Regardless neither one of these will be corrected well with Liposuction.

There’s nothing wrong with doing liposuction after a tummy tuck and often it can improve their results substantially.

A full tummy tuck primarily treats abdominal skin laxity and muscle separation from previous pregnancies. It does not by itself reduce subcutaneous fat though the fat layer often becomes thin because of the tension put on the skin.

Either repost with appropriate pictures, follow up with the surgeon who did your tummy tuck or schedule in person second opinion consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.

The treatment plan have to be determined based on your body structure, fat deposit on the treatment area, sagging tissue. It is nearly hard to suggest you a treatment without seeing your pictures.
