I am looking to get CoolMini on my chin/neck area but I have 6 titanium dental implants in my lower jaw. Advice?

I had a consult with a doctor & they have never had anyone with implants before but said their concern would be that the very cold temp. might cause extreme pain if it reaches the metal. I consulted with my implant Dr. and he said that since the implants are fused into the bone that it shouldn’t be a problem because the cold is affecting the soft tissue. Both scenario's sound completely logical but neither of them have actually known anyone that has had it done. Anyone know if this would be safe?
