Is there a way to fix scar tissue in the lip, or make the other side larger to match? (photos)

One side of my upper lip has a noticeable, puffy scar on it from an injury that occurred about 7 years ago. The wide with the scar is larger, and fuller than the side without the scar. Is there a way the scar tissue could be removed, to make my lips even? Or is there another method that could be used to make my lips even again? Thanks.
