What procedurewould give me a more defined chin / jaw? I have metal in my neck so I'm afraid if radiofrequency
Answer: Recommend doing morpheus8 to help define the jawline and chin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Jawline Definition / Jawline Enhancement / Facial Sculpting / Facial Contouring -- injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Depends on physical exam Surgical options for a neck have to address the fat below your skin. The muscle laxity. The deep structures under that muscle which include the submandibular glands, the digastric muscle and the fat between them (interdigastric fat). I believe that a board certified plastic surgeon can help guide you in this process. A more definitive and comprehensive procedure can be done through a small incision below your chin. There are a few options in between. In the end you need a good physical exam so a plan can be catered to your needs. I see a small left sided scar on your neck. Assuming that is a spinal fusion that shouldn’t be a contraindication to any above procedure. Happy to discuss your needs and goals further. You need someone to create a comprehensive plan to achieve your specific aesthetic goals.

Answer: Few small things together A few small things together would add up to a great result in you. A small chin implant, a very specific filler to help accentuate the mandibular angles and border, and submental liposuction would really sharpen your jawline while still looking proportional and natural.

Answer: Chin surgery You have a deep mentolabial fold which indicates that your chin is short in the vertical plane. I would recommend a sliding genioplasty to lengthen your chin with a slight advancement. This is done simultaneously. A chin implant would deepen the fold and does not provide an increase in height.
