Is it normal for skin to still feel tight almost a year post chin lipo?

The wound healing after surgery can take 1-2 years to be fully completed.I would recommend to massage the areas of tightness daily to help soften the scar tissues and improve tightness.
I suggest that you also discuss your questions and concerns with your Plastic Surgeon for the best cosmetic results.

To even begin to make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.Some tightness early after liposuction of the chin and neck is pretty normal.
