I’m 9 months out from neck liposuction and one side seems significantly fuller than the other. Obviously I didn’t expect perfect symmetry but I feel like this is too much of a variance. That side was fuller during the healing process so I assumed it was just swelling but it appears to be leftover fat. Would this warrant a revision and how do I ask my surgeon without offending him? I’ve included a photo looking upward at my chin but you can see the excess hanging down from the front as well.
