Once your liposuction results have matured I would recommend having the excess, gathered tissued along your sides surgically removed with a small, in-office procedure. Hope this helps.

Often times, the skin remodeling following liposuction will be sufficient to correct small post-abdominoplasty dog ears or will make a subsequent dog ear revision surgery easier and more successful. From your photographs, I can see a very small amount of dog ears on each side. Should after a few more months, these don't settle down, you may need a small touch up with a skin excision. Follow up with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
