I am of the general believe that compression garments have a little to no impact on final results after liposuction.
Compression garments cannot move or change that there's been removed or us left behind.
I believe the final results are determined as soon as the procedure is completed.
While you're photos are compelling the ace bandage may have contributed to the indentations it is in my opinion just as likely that those areas were over treated.
At this point you need to allow the healing to come to completion which should be at least six months.
At that point you should talk to your doctor about various revision options.
