Hello 'janan1717', thanks for your question. The classic teaching is that 100% of patients who undergo liposuction have some degree of contour irregularity just by the nature of the procedure. That being said, you are still early in the postop period and I would recommend some lymphatic massage and more time in order for the swelling to fully go away and the firm scar tissue to soften, which can take 6 months to a year. It is difficult to tell just by your photos if you have cellulite (loose skin) or irregular fat deposits from your liposuction and fat transfer procedure. Be sure to have regular checkups with your plastic surgeon so that they can follow your healing with you, and occasionally patients will need a touch-up procedure if the contour irregularities persist.
