There is a small bulge of fat sticking out of my incision after arm liposuction. Is this something to be worried about? (Photo)

I received liposuction on my arms today. On the right side, the incision just above my elbow has what looks like a little bulge of fat popping out. Excessive drainage is occurring 8 hours later. No bandage will stay on. Images attached.
