I received liposuction on my arms today. On the right side, the incision just above my elbow has what looks like a little bulge of fat popping out. Excessive drainage is occurring 8 hours later. No bandage will stay on. Images attached.

It is not uncommon to leave a liposuction incision site open to allow it to drain.  The extrusion of fat can be trimmed by your plastic surgeon.  It is extremely rare to get an infection whether the incision sites are sutured or left to drain.

It's not that unusual to have that happen after liposuction. If you see your surgeon they could just trim it. It should heal fine.
