There is no treatment that is fully effective for these spots. They are normal glands on the lips. Lasers and/or microneedling/prp may give some improvement. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer 

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your difficulties with Fordyce spots.  Though the etiology of development is unclear, I would recommend speaking with your dermatologist about hyfrecator use for improvement.  Best wishes. 

Dear Tom. Based on photos, it's hard to guess as to the cause of your lip enlargement. I suggest you see a board certified plastic surgeon for an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. I don't believe fillers and non-surgical therapy will be as useful.

Tom.   Not sure why your lips took on this appearance, but you may be a candidate for lip reduction surgery. The surgery will conservatively reduce the bulk and may improve the lines. The procedure is done in the office under local anesthesia and takes about 1 hour. Recovery is 1-2 weeks because of swelling. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
