In the past, the only med that works for this is Excederin Migrane.
Answer: Two Weeks Post-op Tummy Tuck with Sinus Headache. Excedrin Migraine Works. OK to Take? Excedrin Migraine has a little bit of aspirin and a little bit of tylenol (acetominophen) plus a little caffeine. At two weeks your risk of bleeding is small enough that I would allow you to take an aspirin containing drug, but not before two weeks, and certainly not for at least two weeks before surgery.

Answer: Headache after surgery If you are healthy, do not have any bleeding problems, if you are healing well and do not have any significant bruising after the procedure, you should after 2 weeks be able to take whatever you want that has helped you with a headache in the past. I would recommend asking your surgeon just to make sure it's not a problem.Best regards,Dr Gartner
