Sculptra prepared a week before?

Sculptra should be diluted at least 24 hours in advance in my opinion.  In my practice I dilute at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any risk of lump/nodules. If you're concerned, I recommend following up with your Doctor. Sculptra is a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. I combine Sculptra with other fillers, lasers, toxins and skin care to give immediate results. See an expert. Don’t worry: We mix Sculptra ahead of time so that the product can dissolve and disperse to create a really lovely, uniform texture. It’s perfectly safe. However, sometimes a bargain isn’t worth it, especially when it’s your body or face. Please find a board-certified dermatologist who is very experienced with fillers to administer your Sculptra treatments so you can be assured of safety and good results.

Thank you for sharing your question.  Sculptra is a product that needs to be prepared 3-7 days prior to treatment in order to minimize the risk of nodule formation.  Be sure to do your tissue massaging but alert your injector to your concerns, they can best provide reassurance.
