After Sculptra how many times per hour should I massage?

I know it’s 5 minutes 5 times a day for 5 days but every how many hours should I massage? And do I message 5 times during the hours that I am awake or do I also need to get up during the night or early morning to massage?

No, it's not necessary to massage during the night. I recommend following up with your Doctor about their recommendation, but I suggest spacing it out throughout your normal day. Sculptra is a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. I combine Sculptra with other fillers, lasers, toxins and skin care to give immediate results. See an expert. You do not need to get up in the middle of the night to massage the treated areas after a Sculptra treatment.  I would just try to space the 5 times you massage in a day to the hours that you are awake.  Roughly once every 3 hours while you're awake would be fine.

No need to get up in the middle of the night.   Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner, and Bedtime would be sufficient. Massage for 5 mins at each of these times.  Best of luck to you!

Thank you for your question. I recommend my Sculptra patients follow the 3-5-7 rule. Massage three times per day for five minutes for seven days. You just do this throughout the day while you are awakre; there is no need to wake up in the middle of the night to perform the massage.
