What's the best way to get rid of knee fat?

It’s difficult to give you a definitive answer without photos. However, if you just have a minimal amount of fat around your knees, then liposuction using mini cannulas might be your best bet. You can get very fine detailing in that area with liposuction. You need to find a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert at sculpting the knees with liposuction.

This is an interesting area as it pertains to body contouring, many woman have thick stubborn deposits of fat in this area, I have found using VASER energy allows me to melt the thick fat and than I can use a small cannula to remove it, its sore for a few days but results are dramatic. However, some woman really just have loose skin on top of the knees, currently I have found plasma skin tightening technology to be the best option in these patients, of course some people need both. These are common low risk out patient procedures with high patient satisfaction!

I offer Coolsculpting to my patients that are good candidates for a non-surgical approach to fat reduction. However, some patients are better served by liposuction. A board-certified PLastic Surgeon can determine which approach is best for your situation. 

Knee fat is best treated non-invasively with cryolipolysis using the cool mini followup by radiofrequency  (Venus legacy) to make sure there is no sagging after the procedure. Liposuction also works well but it all depends on your individual anatomy and amount of localized fat

There are no noninvasive techniques that will work reliably but liposuction works very well for the right patient. It takes an exam to determine that.
