39, male & doctor suggested an endoscopic deep plane facelift, is such thing possible?

My surgeon suggested an endoscopic “deep plane” facelift as I am relatively young (39) and do not have excess skin that needs to be removed? By this endoscopic procedure, both lower face and mid face will be adressed (i.e. all relevant ligaments will be released and appropriately resuspended as if it is a traditional “deep plane” face lift. )is such thing is possible and safe?

Hello, hope you are well. Endoscopic and deep plane facelifts exist, but the two don't really go together. Sort of like an electric vehicle with an internal combustion engine. Endoscopic lifts can be done safely, but the deep plane facelift is an entirely different procedure.

An endoscopic midface lift is a procedure designed to lift the cheeks and is performed in a subperiosteal plane.  This is no longer a commonly performed procedure for a variety of reasons.  It is different than a deep plane facelift which is a composite SMAS based lift with release of facial ligaments for the cheeks, jawline, and neck. 39 is quite young for facial rejuvenation procedures, but it's hard to comment further without photos.

At 39 I can’t imagine the procedure you mention would be worthwhile. Endoscopic lifts are appealing because there are minimal scars. However there will also be minimal improvement. Save your money
