How long after a labiaplasty surgery can you get rhinoplasty?

We recommend waiting 6 to 12 weeks between surgeries when they are both performed under general anestesia. However, in your case since your initial surgery is under local anesthesia, you do not have to wait between surgeries. Local anesthesia wears off in 4-6 hours after the procedure.
Receiving general anesthesia will not affect the results or the healing of your labiaplasty procedure.

Rhinoplasty after labia plasty: A labia plasty performed under local anesthesia should have virtually no impact on a Rhinoplasty with general anesthesia. I see no reason to delay scheduling of the rhinoplasty due to the small local procedure.

Ideally you could do both under general anesthesia at the same time. The general anesthesia and rhinoplasty should not affect healing significantly so you could schedule it soon after.
