It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. You could benefit from a closed rhinoplasty, which means NO scars. Pricing varies depending on the criteria, ex. how your skin is, the bump on the nose, whether you would need local or general anesthesia.

In our practice, we perform a closed rhinoplasty approach with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. There are no external incisions, and no painful packing is required.
