I would then also consult with your surgeon to make sure he clears you for injections. If both physicians feel it is safe to proceed, then you could resume your injections!

I have no problem with injecting fillers or neurotoxin with people on aspirin. You are at increased risk of bruising. I would ask your surgeon if you can come off the aspirin for a week prior. However I'd much rather risk a small bruise vs having a stroke. Bruises are temporary and with the right injector should not be a problem as they can avoid the little blood vessels that would lead to a bruise.

If you are taking blood thinners or aspirin, you are more likely to have substantial bruising with neuromodulator injections. I would prioritize the recommendations of your neurosurgeon as to if/when you can hold those medications. Being off aspirin for 7-10 days would diminish bruising but if your neurosurgeon wants you on them, you will just have to accept the increased risk of bruising, which for the face, is just a temporary aesthetic annoyance.
