Dr.Siddique always takes his time and is thorough with his appointments and very personable. I recommend him to anyone. He will spend several extra minutes getting to know you and has a great bedside manner.

If you are seeking relief from migraines, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Siddique. I have suffered for migraines for quite a few years, whiplash from ‘rear end’ car accident, also tmj was dislodged years ago. I no longer have to deal with this burden as Dr. Siddique was able to exactly locate the necessary areas to administer botox. I no longer pop pain pills, over the counter or otherwise. The botox has been a lifesaver, and much gratitude to Dr. Siddique, who also happens to be my fantastic primary care physician! Highly, highly recommend.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the whole office, but wanted to spotlight Isabel. I have been receiving Emsella and Emsculpt treatments for a few months now and Isabel has been my provider. Dr. Siddique and his whole staff are friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with! Dr. Siddique took the time to go over all my options. Dr. Siddique is interested in your health, not just responding to illness and/or injury, but keeping you healthy. He practices a whole person approach that improves quality of life and prevents illness. His bedside manner is fantastic, spending an hour with a patient and listening. The ease of having so many resources like lab-work, ultrasounds, x-rays, etc, under one roof is extremely convenient, but the real stars of the Sleep and Wellness facility is the staff. Each one is kind, helpful, and talented. It is a positive practice that promotes patient-doctor communication and overall health.

I'm really happy with the wonderful cooperative staff and the results that I have achieved after fat transfusion and the PRP along with NAD. This has helped me achieve a desired result.
