What does Sculptra look like on an ultrasound?

What should sculptra PLLA injections look like on ultrasound of buttocks after 3 mo? My doc said he didn’t see any sign of foreign matter other than what he called post injection scarring. I think they are tiny nodules. I ask because sadly I questioned what was injected after the fact. Hence ultrasound. I expected to see tiny scattered particles not ONLY nodules. Could the PLLA have already dissolved after just 3 mo except nodules or are nodules what actually make PLLA discernible on ultrasound?

Appearance on Ultrasound:

Sculptra injections are designed to stimulate collagen production over time, and the PLLA particles themselves are not always distinctly visible on ultrasound. Instead, the ultrasound may show areas of increased echogenicity where collagen has been stimulated.
Tiny nodules or areas of increased density can sometimes be seen, which may represent localized collagen formation or mild inflammatory reactions, rather than the PLLA itself.
Post-Injection Scarring:

Your doctor's observation of post-injection scarring could refer to the body's natural response to the injected material, which includes collagen deposition and tissue remodeling. These changes can appear as nodules or areas of altered tissue density on an ultrasound.
Dissolution of PLLA:

PLLA particles are biocompatible and biodegradable, and they gradually dissolve over time as they stimulate collagen production. After 3 months, it is possible that the PLLA itself has begun to dissolve, leaving behind the collagen that contributes to the desired volumizing effect.
