Is there anything else I can do to reverse lump after Sculptra or stop it getting worse? (Photos)

Lump at injection site 10 weeks after injecting Sculptra. I have a small lump at the injection site of Sculptra. The lump isn't that bad, it feels like a spot under the surface of the skin, but when you pull the skin back you can see it more clearly. Will massaging it help? Is there anything else I can do to reverse it or stop it getting worse?

A photo would be very helpful. Sculptra is considered semi-permanent, so not all that is there will stay there.
