Is it safe for me to have Sculptra after investigations for Sjogren's & tiny amount of inflammation found?

5 years ago I was investigated for Sjogrens because of dry mouth and eyes. Multiple ANAtest were negative and lip biopsy focal score was under 1 showing negative for sjogrens, although a tiny tiny amount of inflammation was found. I have no other symptoms and do not take medication for it. Is it safe for me to have Sculptra?
