Sculptra and keloids

Hello, as child I got a keloid on one shoulder from my bcg and on the other from a chicken pock I scratched in my 20s. No keloid from pierced ears and got a cut in my forehead - no keloids. I had IVF, lots of tummy needles, no scarring and lots of blood taken, no scarring. I can’t find any face keloids from Sculptra online. How worried should I be? Would love to find a doctor in London who has treated black skin with Sculptra successfully. Many thanks
