Dear Patient, Sculptra is basically ground up suture material. They was Sculptra replaces volume is causing a mild inflammatory reaction that causes more Collagen production.
I recommend that you consider an anti-inflammatory diet.
Additionally cosider injection of very dilute anti-inflammatory KENELOG with large volume of Saline to wash out the inflammation. I hope this is helpful. Dr David R.

Hopefully they were still recent and some swelling will reside. You can certainly consult with a plastic surgeon to have them examine you in person and discuss options.
