Thanks for the questionIt looks more like you have extrra clitoral hood skin  and labial skin than an enlarged clitoris.Surgery can address this if it is an issue for you but it isnt soemthing that has to be done. If you are having a fulfilled realtionship sexually and dont have concerns about the way it looks then you dont have to have surgery. The anatomy of this area differs in many people and just because it is different does not mean you need surgery to make it look 'normal!' Normal is essentially what you have - now if your normal is something that you do not like then surgery can possibly address this with reduction of the redundant skin. Non-surgical tightening with lasers can also be helpful here.I hope this is of helpBW

Hello, based on your photos your labia minora and clitoral hood are larger than average, although certainly within the range of normal. I do not specifically see a particularly large clitoris, and the fact that you orgasm easily does not sound like a negative thing. However, if the excess labia and clitoral hood tissue bothers you and you think about it often, it may be worth exploring your options by seeing a plastic surgeon experienced in labiaplasty and clitoral hood reduction. 

Dear AmberEvans:It is true that you do not appear to have an enlarged clitoris but instead protruding labia minora and excess prepuce.  If this bothers you then the surgical choice for you would be labiaplasty and lateral prepuce reduction.  Please be careful when choosing a surgeon.  Choose a surgeon who has a vast amount of experience, expertise, a great reputation and one who can achieve aesthetic results.  Far to often on this website ( every week) there is more than one patient who writes in and complains about the results of their labiaplasty.  These patients often need a 2nd and sometimes a 3rd surgery and some unfortunately cant have their surgeries revised as the first surgeon removed too much tissue.  So please be careful when considering a surgeon and dont let location and higher costs deter you.John R Miklos MDAtlanta ~ Beverly Hills ~ Dubai

the enlargement is likely from your labia and hood tissue, and not the clitoris itself, which may be normal sized. A labiaplasty with hood reduction, as shown above, is the best way to rid yourself of self-consciousness and insecurity in my experience. the "reason" is just bad luck with your genetics. I am certain that there are other women in your family who have this same issue and that they too have been dealing with it since puberty. Best to find an expert and have a consultation. you'll feel much better!

You don't have a large clitoris and your nerves are no different than anyone else's. Orgasm is wha is supposed to happen when you stimulate the clitoris. What I see is prominent loose skin of the labia minora and clitoral hood. The clitoral hood is not the clitoris - it is the skin that covers the clitoris and your clitoris is normal is not enlarged. What kind of help are you looking for? If you want the appearance to be less loose and prominent, clitoral hood contouring and labiaplasty will be required. This is expert level work and should be done by a surgeon with extensive experience with these procedures.

Thank you for posting your question and including photos which show large and wrinkled labia minora as well as a large clitoral hood. Your actual clitoris, however isn't visible and thus hidden within all your extra tissue. 
Your concerns about the aesthetic appearance of your vulva is understandable. Feel very fortunate that you're able to orgasm easily. There's nothing wrong with this. Feel reassured that if you were to choose to have cosmetic reduction of both your labia and clitoral hood that you're ability to orgasm would not be impacted in a negative way. You would retain, and possibly enhance, your baseline sexual function.   
Based on your photos, you're an excellent candidate for this surgery. When choosing your cosmetic surgeon look at Before and After photos, read patient reviews/testimonies and ask questions to insure that your surgeon has year of experience.

It's not your clitoris, the skin tissue around the clitoris (clitoral hood) and your inner lips are large. there is no reason for this. Some women look like this.

If you are bothered about your appearance, then you should consider speaking to an experienced surgeon about the procedure. I think that you are a good candidate for a labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction. 
 An examination with a plastic surgeon or gynecologist who perform aesthetic labial / vaginal surgery can help you determine what you would need.
At the end of the day, there are many different variations of normal anatomy, but the appearance can be improved through different surgical techniques. I hope this helps.

but you do have redundant labia and a generous hood.  This can be reduced if you wished with labiaplasty and hood reduction.  But if you have great sensation, have orgasms easily, and presumably, your boyfriend is not complaining, why change a good thing?  If you feel it impairs your intimacy or other aspects of your life, then consider surgery.

Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs. Your issue may be an enlarged clitoral hood and not an enlarged clitoris. Labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction may address your concerns.  Labiaplasty and clitoral hood reduction is a personal decision after being well educated on the benefits and risks.  There are several techniques, which should be discussed with you by the surgeon.  I would recommend consultation with an experienced genital surgeon, which include Cosmetic Urologists, even if it involves traveling.  
There are several types of surgeons who promote themselves as performing labiaplasty, but a Cosmetic Urologist can offer unique qualifications compared to plastic surgeons, gynecologists and general urologists. Cosmetic Urologists typically have both extensive training and experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive genital surgery.  Unlike the large number of these other specialists, there is a much smaller number of qualified Cosmetic Urologists who are dedicated to the surgery of the genitalia.  Other specialists may not have practices dedicated solely to the genitalia -- plastic surgeons may also be performing breast implants and facelifts, gynecologists may also be performing hysterectomies and caring for menopause, and general urologists may also be performing surgery for prostate cancer and erectile dysfunction.  Best of luck.
