Clitoris got too large after use of androgens - will it return to normal size? What surgical options are there? (Photos)

Hi there. Im 38 yrs old, had one kid (vaginal birth) which made my vagina a lot looser/open. I feel less friction during intercourse. I did look at vaginal rejuvenation options, but never did it because of the high costs. Instead (to increase feeling during intercourse) I did experiment with DHT gel that I got from my friend who is in FtM transition. She had great results enlarging her clitoris with that gel, so I decided to join her on that journey, with exceptional results. My clitoris became a lot larger, even gets really erect when excited, and is a lot more sensitive. I regained joy during sex after the loss I experienced due to my looseness. All happy so far. At a certain point I wanted the growth to stop, so I stopped using the DHT gel. However.. I found out that my clitoris kept growing (even without the gel) for some months to its current size (see photos). Too large for me to be honest. My question is: will it shrink back again after time? And if not, are there surgical ways to make it smaller and less uber-sensitive? You probably find me stupid to have done this. I know I should never have done this without medical advice and help. I know. A bit too late now, no crying over spilled milk... This is too sensitive and embarrassing for me to talk to my regular doctor, that’s why I come here. I hope you can give some advice!
