I have heard different things from facial plastic surgeons about the effectiveness of browlifts in removing the adhesion of frontalis muscle. I had fat grafting for scarring, causing severe forehead wrinkles. I have spent $10,000 on HA filler for the dents, but I still have severe dynamic wrinkles. I have low brows, and Botox treating wrinkles directly around brows lowers them, even if there is a way to raise them if not treating these unique wrinkles. This pic is with some Botox I use tretinoin
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Forehead wrinkles, asymmetry It is impossible to give you good advise based on this single photo; proper use of Botox would allow some elevation of lateral brows while flattening central portion of forehead. Whether anything else needs to be done (regarding fat grafting result) can be evaluated only on the basis of in person consultation. Consultation with few board certified plastic surgeons with good reputation in facial rejuvenation would help (teleconference included). Hope this helps.

Answer: Brow lift Browlift surgery, also known as a forehead lift, is a procedure aimed at raising the position of the eyebrows, which can help address issues like low brows and forehead wrinkles. The procedure involves removing excess skin, tightening the underlying muscles, and repositioning the brow to achieve a more youthful appearance. Regarding the adhesion of the frontalis muscle, a browlift can potentially release any adhesions or tightness that might be contributing to the appearance of forehead wrinkles. In some cases, combining a browlift with other procedures, such as fat grafting or filler injections, may provide more comprehensive results. It's worth noting that Botox injections can help temporarily reduce the appearance of wrinkles by relaxing the muscles responsible for their formation. However, Botox alone may not address the underlying causes of your concerns, such as low brows or adhesions. Therefore, discussing your expectations and desired outcomes with a qualified professional is crucial to determine the most suitable approach for your specific situation. I hopes this helps, best of luck !

Answer: Which procedure should I consider to minimize the frontalis muscle wrinkles More information is needed such as a full set of facial photographs at rest determine the height of your eyebrows in relation to your eyelids to see if you're even a candidate for a forehead lift. A coronal approach forehead lift can accomplish softening the frontalis Wrinkles only in the central two thirds of the forehead. The outer forehead wrinkles from the frontalis cannot be surgically adjusted over the tail of the eyebrow, therefore Botox would be required for those wrinkles. It will be impossible to remove the fat injections that you had done in the forehead.
