Is it normal to have 28 stitches come out and more still coming out 2 years after procedure was done? (Photo)

I had a breast revision done in 2020 & not only has the lift she did not worked but to date I've had 28 different stitches come out of my incision sites. Black ones, blue ones, clear ones & white ones. And there are more coming. Some are knotted & looped and some aren't. The entire lift she gave me was a joke, measuring ware my breasts were prior vs now there's no difference. Is this normal??
