No, it is not normal for you to be spitting out sutures this far out from surgery. It is possible that you may have a chronic low-grade infection causing them to spit. Please be seen by a plastic surgeon.

To make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
I suggest you follow up with your provider or schedule a few in person second opinion consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community.
For second opinion consultations, I recommend patients come prepared, bringing with them a complete set of proper before and after pictures, and a copy of your operative report.
If you’ve had more than one operation, then you should bring the information for each of your previous procedures.
