Is it safe to breast feed with breast implants with TIGR surgical mesh around implants?

I had a breast augmentation around 6 months ago with a TIGR surgical mesh . I am currently expecting my first child and I would very much like to breast feed but I am not sure if it’s safe to do so with the implant (textured silicon) AND TIGR mesh. Please advise. Thank you!

With breast feeding, you are at higher risk of mastitis, or breast infection, which will not be good with implants and mesh. You still can breast feed, but you must be very particular with nipple care and cleaning.
