You are fine to breast feed with the implant and mesh. These is no data to suggest that either of these would be harmful.

With breast feeding, you are at higher risk of mastitis, or breast infection, which will not be good with implants and mesh. You still can breast feed, but you must be very particular with nipple care and cleaning.

Breast-feeding is generally encouraged and having implants should not prevent you from successful breast-feeding.
