Pregnancy will usually change your breast and abdomen. The best thing you can do is wearing supporting garments and avoid gaining too much weight. Once you have had all the children you want, then consider a lift or tummy revision.

All of your aforementioned concerns could occur. If they do, the degree is not reliably predictable. My recommendation would be to enjoy and embrace your pregnancy. After your delivery and completion of breast feeding, if you are unhappy with your appearance, seek a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

Most women will have some pregnancy related changes to their body.
A lot of women will have some weight gain. Some women will lose that weight after the pregnancy. Some women struggle with weight loss after.
On the abdomen women will often develop some skin laxity and potential muscle separation, causing the abdominal wall to have a bulge. this happens sometimes significantly, and sometimes less. Breast tend to get engorged during pregnancy, followed by loss of volume, especially in the upper half of the breast with possible drupiness of the nipple position.
