Question

currently have 450CC Mentor implants & the surgeon placed the implants under the muscles. I'm 5'5 and weight is between 130-140 pounds. I want both the left and right breasts to be symmetrical, & to sit as high as possible on my chest, and have them placed where they will settle as close as possible to my sternum to decrease this wide gap I have right now and achieve cleavage even when I’m not wearing a bra I also want the areola and nipples to be symmetrical and get rid of this ugly scar

You have a lot of wants and some cannot be achieved. With your anatomy, the implants will not be closer together without wearing a bra. The bases of your breasts cannot be moved. You need a lift to raise the lower breast and nipple area. They will not sit higher on your chest because of where your bases sit. The scars can be revised. Do not go larger for the implants will not fit your bases well.

All women have breast asymmetry. This is true for both men and women.
Most individuals have a left breast that sits higher on the chest wall than the right side.
For most people, the difference is about half an inch.
Plastic surgeons cannot move your breast on the chest wall.
 What we do have control over is where they implant it and racing the nipple position with a lift.
Using excessively large implants, increases the chance of unnatural outcomes, complications, and the need for revision surgery.
Breast implants should be placed central to the breast.
If the breast are divergent or sit far apart, then the implants need to be placed following the breast position.
Moving the implants on the chest wall, isn’t going to make your breast move in that direction.
Patients who have breast divergence should expect divergence to be amplified with the projection of augmentation.
Whenever, contemplating a scar revision, both the patient and the surgeon should ask themselves. Why would the scar heal differently the second time around?
