What would help lower face bulk/minor sagging? (photos)

Question

I put this under facelift because I have no idea what treatments my case would be related to. I’m 24 years old and I’m starting to notice my face changing, I don’t tan, drink, or smoke. Throughout my life I always had a very full mid face, even when I was thin. Lately I have noticed that the fullness that was just under my cheekbones it’s starting to hang more around my jawline and my lip corners becoming downturned. I’m getting lines around my lip corners, eyes and nose. What would help this?

In many cases, the additional fullness from the cheek to the jawline may be due to an excessively large cheek fat pad. Partial removal of this tissue (also called buccal fat removal) can help create cheek definition and a slimmer contour in the lower face. Botox and dermal fillers can give your cheeks a lift while also correcting your downturned mouth. You have a couple of options. 
The best option is buccal fat pad removal. This is a short facial procedure performed through an incision inside your mouth. This will remove fat of the lower face and create a more sculpted look in the lower face. Hard to tell from the photo angles but this result might be further optimized with neck liposuction.
Or you could possibly try Kybella, an in office procedure to reduce fat.

I see why you pose this as a facelift question, but that's not the answer for you. There are a few components in your concerns, each of which could be treated with less invasive approaches. For example, for the fullness the most straighforward and specific approach is probably a buccal fat pad excision. This removes a key fat-containing compartment from one of the deeper layers of the facial anatomy. For the downturn at the corners of your lips, dermal filler my be used to lift this area. Otherwise, skin care and aging prevention are good things to consider. It's important to talk to a knowledgeable practitioner who offers each of these techniques in order to receive an unbiased and tailored approach to your needs and goals.
