I put this under facelift because I have no idea what treatments my case would be related to. I’m 24 years old and I’m starting to notice my face changing, I don’t tan, drink, or smoke. Throughout my life I always had a very full mid face, even when I was thin. Lately I have noticed that the fullness that was just under my cheekbones it’s starting to hang more around my jawline and my lip corners becoming downturned. I’m getting lines around my lip corners, eyes and nose. What would help this?

Answer: What would help lower face bulk/minor sagging? Yes, early laxity & sag noted. I agree with a mini FL/NL SMAS plication w lipo under chin. Fee $8,000 ranges. Best to do either in person or virtual consults.
