I'm on prednisone and developed a lot of fat under my chin. I'm just interested in fixing my chin, can it be helped? (Photo)

First of all, it's important to understand why You are on prednisone, and whether or not you're a candidate for elective cosmetic surgery. In our practice,  when patients are on prednisone, most of the fat is located below the platysma muscle which  will need to be removed with a lower face and neck lift procedure. Best to get clearance from your primary care physician. Removal of fat with liposuction will only make the skin issue worse
