How long do you advise wearing a chin compression garment after under chin/neck lipo?

In our practice we have patients wear a chin support garment for the first 24 hours then at night for the next 5 nights. Your surgeon will be able to advise you about his recommendations and protocol. Good luck 

Your particular surgeon should tell you how long to wear your compression garment after liposuction under the chin.  I normally have my patients use it for two weeks after the procedure, but each surgeon has their own preference.  I would contact your surgeon's office to ask how long you should be using your compression garment.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.   
I recommend you to use the bandage for at least one month to give more compression to the area, avoid swelling and inflammation and obtain the best results.
