Horizontal neck lines much worse 3 weeks post neck lipo. Will this improve over time? (photos)

After liposuction of any part of the body, the skin above the are treated tends to be loose and may have some wrinkles. The skin after liposuction has to "shrink" to adapt to the new body. This process takes up to  3 months. Therefore, at 2-3 weeks post surgery, there is still healing going on. 
Patients with questions and concerns about their neck lipo healing process should contact the surgeon that performed the operation. 

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You may still have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. To speed up healing, you can try adding hyperbaric oxygen, lymphatic massage, venus legacy or exilis radiofrequency treatments. None of the procedures that you describe, seem specifically designed to address horizontal neck lines, which are difficult to treat.  Laser resurfacing, needling, PRP, and small particle fillers (eg. volbella, belotero) may be able to help.  Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.  Hope your recovery progresses well.

It's too soon to tell what your final results will be. You can have swelling following liposuction for up to 6 months. If you're concerned, I recommend following up with your Doctor. I hope this helps. 

The goal of neck lipo is to improve the contour of your neck.Lines that are permanent will not go away with lips. Your results however will change and most likely improve over time

Hello Kourtvuc,A chin augmentation will improve the lateral and frontal views of the chin and can improve a poor neck angle.  Buccal fat pad removal helps make a more full face more slender in the cheek areas.  Fat transfer to the cheeks adds volume to the cheeks to make it more full (so hopefully this was not done right over the buccal fat area or you would simply see no change).  Neck liposuction helps to remove the fatty deposits from the neck which can improve the neck line and fullness.  However, none of these are going to do much for horizontal neck lines.  Those are notoriously difficult to treat with any techniques.  So if your whole purpose of surgery was to improve the horizontal neck lines you will continue to be quite disappointed with your outcome.  I'd recommend you discuss your concerns with your surgeon as it sounds like maybe there was some miscommunication with the goal of treatment.
