Hi all! I got liposuction on my chin/neck/jaw today. My doctor did not provide me with after surgery instructions on paper, but just said wear my compression garment. I napped on my side for 5-10 minutes because my chin is hurting, but then googled to make sure that was okay. Everyone says not to do that. Did I potentially mess my face up?? I’m so scared now.
