Will chin lipo make my jowls worse? (Photos)

Question

I’m interested in getting chin Lipo at the same time as a TT and BL. A Facelift at the same time would not be possible as the surgery is too long. But my worry is that the chin Lipo could make my jowls worse ? And make me look older ? But I hate my chin!

Chin lipo usually doesn't invoice liposuction of the jowls. Therefore in patients with prominent jowls they could become more visible with chin lipo. In my practice if a patient has double chin and jowls, I usually recommend to perform lipo of the jowls at the same time to have a nice smooth haw line result.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
Based on your photo you are a good candidate for chin liposuction, Chin liposuction may be an option, it makes you look younger and more attractive with a sharp jawline , and better facial proportions.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

Hi chachaboom,Based on your photos, doing liposuction for the underchin area alone will not work. At least a neck contouring with muscle tightening and excess skin removal will give you the best result in combination with the liposuction.
