Chin and jaw/jowls liposuction for decreasing fullness and increasing contour? Advice? (photos)

Double chin is secondary to excess of fat in the neck under the chin and under the jaw line.

Yes, neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. Based on your photo you are a good candidate for chin liposuction, Chin liposuction may be an option, it makes you look younger and more attractive with a sharp jawline , and better facial proportions.

To add additional width to the narrow chin requires placement of a small pre-jowl implant which is a very specific type of chin implant procedure.  This can be performed under local anesthesia.  There is only minimal amount of fatty deposits of the neck, and liposuction  can  assist with removing those deposits.  Both procedures can be performed together under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure.  

Thank you for your question and posting pictures. You seem to be a good candidate for Laser Liposuction if your neck for vontour and skin tightening. May need Botox in addition for chin assymetry. Best to have a consult for precise recommendations.
