If you are as symptomatic as you suggest, a revision surgery by conversion to an "above the muscle" implant position might allow you to achieve a functionally improved outcome that remains aesthetically pleasing to you. I recommend you seeing your original PS if you are still in the area where you had it done. It is possible you can have capsular contracture , however, if not, he or she may send you for a mammogram and go from there.
