Does Volufiline work at all to increase my breast size?

let me answer this in just one word - NO. There is no cream on the market which causes breast enlargement. At this moment, surgery is the only option.

Volufiline is a cream which contains the plant extract sarsasapogenin, from a Chinese herb known as Zhi Mu.  Does it work?  NO.   The options for enhancing breast size include fat grafting and breast augmentation with implants.  Topical treatments don't work.  

In the old days vendors traveled city to city selling snake oil to reverse the effects of aging.  It didn't work.  Do I need to say more?!?

No cream will permanently increase your breast size; I recommend that if you are desiring increase breast size and want to keep it natural, you may want to consider high definition liposuction with Vaser and Puregraft fat grafting to the breast.

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Unfortunately, there is no good evidence that Volufiline actually increases the size of your breasts, or any other tissues. If you are interested in a small increase in your breast size, you could consider fat transfer to the breast. This does not use implants, but it does increase the volume of your breasts. Of course, you will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation in person with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon.  Good luck!
