I had a BA done 4/3/17 my last apt was a wk ago and nurse said I was healing fine and was instructed to remove my steri strips 4/17/17 which I did and both incisions look good except for about an inch of one of the incisions

Congratulations on your recent surgery. If there any concerns, then it's best to discuss them with your surgeon. Based on your photos, it appears that the small opening is simply some superficial loss of skin. With good care, this should heal up quickly.

First off, congratulations on your successful breast augmentation. Based on the photo you sent, a portion of your incision heals relatively slow compared to the rest of the incision. There is no need to worry as this will resolve in the following weeks. I would suggest to keep following your plastic surgeon’s post-operation instructions to prevent complications and for a faster recovery. Best of luck!

There is slow healing in part of your incision.Keep it clean and covered with some antibiotic ointment till it is healed in a week or so.

It appears to me that the outside portion of the incision is a little thicker and maybe separated somewhat. This is not us, not a conservative or trauma of doing the surgery. in my experience, this will usually heal uneventfully.  Some type of silicon containing cream or patch may be helpful in reducing the appearance of scars. Ask your plastic surgeon for their recommendation. Best of luck.

It appears that the superficial skin has sloughed most likely due to the Steri-Strips.  I expect that this will heal fine.  However if once the skin has grown back over the next 2 weeks consultive plastic surgeon using silicon sheeting or other methods to help improve your scars.
