Congratulations on your recent surgery. If there any concerns, then it's best to discuss them with your surgeon. Based on your photos, it appears that the small opening is simply some superficial loss of skin. With good care, this should heal up quickly.

First off, congratulations on your successful breast augmentation. Based on the photo you sent, a portion of your incision heals relatively slow compared to the rest of the incision. There is no need to worry as this will resolve in the following weeks.
