Unhappy w/ rhinoplasty, continued steroid/filler? (Photo)

28 y/o Caucasian M w/ thick skin 7 months s/p septorhinoplasty and chin implant for $18k. Happy but not thrilled w/ chin, love profiles of nose (plural because each side quite different) but unhappy w/ frontal view, remains crooked, large, unrefined, and asymmetrical tip, uneven nostrils. Have received 6 rounds of steroids/filler by surgeon, planned for more, have seen no appreciable change in 6 months. Is 6 rounds of steroid/filler normal? Should I continue for more or discuss revision? Advice?
