Shortening the face - would a rhinoplasty help, or buccal fat removal? (Photo)

There is actually a way to shorten the face if the face is too long. But you do not need it. I also do not see the need for buccal fat pad removal. You’ve got a lonely face. Don’t let anyone touch it

Facial shortening might be achieved with chin reduction, but it's not clear from your photo if this would be necessary. Nose job and buccal fat removal would not lead to a shorter facial appearance. Thank you. Dr Joseph
