Is there a way to shorten the face? Would a rhinoplasty do this / buccal fat removal? I feel like I have good eyes, however my lower face is quite long.

It’s a very good result. Unfortunately you have thick skin. You’ve had enough steroid injections. Nothing else to do. Your surgeon did an excellent job

It should not cause any complications; however it is something to bring up with the anesthesiologist to take this into account while putting you under.
