My right side on my face is much smaller. My eye looks half closed and much slammed than the other. I can't raise my eyebrow whatsoever (it takes a lot of concentration and effort to even feel like I'm moving it). Sometimes I feel like my jaw is smaller than the other sides as well. (It looks worse than it actually does in these pictures and I'm sorry for how gross they look. I took them at work/after a run and I look miserable haha)

Answer: Asymmetry In the Face Thank you for your question. I agree, you have facial asymmetry. If you also have weakness on the smaller side of the face. You need a good exam by a facial plastic surgeon to determine what is causing the weakness. Then once the underlying cause is determined, there are surgical options to make the face and eyes look more even.

Answer: Perfect facial symmetry is very strange to look at since the norm is to be asymmetric as you are. If you're truly having trouble elevating your brows, you should see your doctor as something else could be developing. Your photos do show mild asymmetry but nothing enough to warrant procedures in my opinion. Be wary of those wanting to do a procedure on you as it could make things even worse for you but fillers are pretty safe since they will eventually go away.
