I’m in my 40s. Mother of 4 and done having children. I’m 5’4 127lbs. I had a small blood clot in a vein next to my ovary that was found last year. It was treated with blood thinners for 3 months and I’m fine now. My belly button is high and I don’t have a lot of loose skin. Dr said tummy tuck will leave a higher scar due to that. I mainly want to fix belly button and loose skin around it. Are there any other options besides full tummy tuck?

Answer: Considering options An in person evaluation is best but from the limited photo it appears you will have the best result from a standard tummy tuck. This will address loose skin, excess fat, and correct abdominal wall laxity. The belly button can usually be repaired at the same time. If the skin has lost elasticity then other options for skin tightening will not likely yield good results.
